• 2001, 2003, 2006, 2007 & 2009 – Valuation of the timber estates of Mutare Board and Paper Company. The assignment was a revaluation of assets to include agricultural land, land improvements, buildings and the standing timber crop of a major board and paper undertaking.

• 2000 & 2002 – Valuation of the timber estates of Border Timbers Limited. The instructions were for a revaluation of assets to include agricultural land, land improvements buildings, and the standing timber crop of a major timber undertaking. 

• 2000, 2003 & 2006 – Valuation of the timber estates of Mutare Wattle Company. The assignment was for a revaluation of assets to include agricultural land, land improvements, buildings, and the standing timber crop of a large timber undertaking. 

• 1999 – Valuation of the timber estates of Lewis Lumber Company. The instruction was for a valuation of assets to include agricultural land, land improvements, buildings, and the standing timber crop of a timber undertaking.
